Trainerbot:  Smart Table Tennis Robot by Trainerbot – Kickstarter

This is a kickstarter project, where a robot is used to train different table tennis technique.  It has some fancy training program (“smart” device, connected to phone) which is quite interesting.

I want to get this for my son, but the price tag (> $300 USD) is too steep for a toy that just shoot out ping pong balls…

At the same time I was doing some research about any tool that can help improve badminton skill, and analyze games.
